Edible Sunshine is family owned, located in Upstate New York, in the beautiful rolling hills of Columbia County. The farm produces delicious wheatgrass and microgreens, including pea, buckwheat, sunflower from certified organic seeds, in certified organic soil and nourished with water from 60 feet below the beautiful rolling hills of upstate New York. We are currently applying for Certified Naturally Grown status.
