This year we will also be experimenting with maitake, lion's mane, pearl oyster mushrooms in addition to our shiitakes. We are also looking into pawpaws. Our goal is to do whatever we can to expand our market and reach out more and more to the community. Mushrooms are in production now! We currently sell at three farmers markets, North Hills on Saturdays from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Cary also on Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm, and Moore's Square in Raleigh on Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
