Check out our website at www.buggyridge.com to see how clean our cattle and goats stay in our rotational grazing system.
Our Angus/Galloway cattle are purposely bred to be broader, thicker and smaller framed than feedlot beef. We typically sell quarters and halves. They sell out quickly so give us a call for availability. Our beef is processed at a local USDA inspected facility and is vacuum wrapped for freshness. 1/2 beef should be adequate to feed a family of 4 for 1 year and small enough for most families to keep in a small chest freezer.
We charge $2.70 per pound hanging weight for a quarter or half beef. The total cost of your beef after all cutting, trimming and wrapping usually runs about $4 - 4.50 per pound for what you put in your freezer. This price includes all your prime cuts, steaks and hamburger.
Our best seller lately is whole ground beef burger for 10 pounds for $35. We generally have a good supply and this is a good way to sample our beef without spending a lot of money.
Our beef is tender and flavorful, healthy, safe and nutritious without being full of fat and greasy. See our website for further info on all the health benefits of grassfed beef.
Compare our prices to your local meat market or grocer and save money buying direct from us. You will also know exactly where your meat comes from and get to know a local farmer who really cares about his land and livestock.
We appreciate your support and buying locally produced pasture raised meat!
