If you are interested in purchasing our fresh whole chickens, please email or call us to reserved a bird. Try chickens with a deeper, more flavorful taste, not that confinement raised supermarket chicken. These chickens have been raised using the day ranging method which makes for happier, healthier chickens that dine on fresh greens and treats with lots of fresh air and sunshine every day along with grain. The green material of fresh forage provides B vitamins as well as carotenes, some of which the chicken turns into vitamin A. Omega-3 fatty acids in the forage end up in the fat.
