We are proud to bring our buffalo “home” to their natural habitat.
Buffalo products are available by the cut (steaks, roasts, ground, jerky, and sausage). We also have beautifully tanned full winter hair robes, leather and bleached skulls as well as pet treats such as biscotti of liver, tendon chews and shin bones.
To compliment our other offerings we recently added Foxfire Farms Colorado organically raised, grass-fed, free-range, naturally processed lamb to our offering. This lamb is raised on the natural grass ranges of Southern Colorado and include cuts such as: chops, leg of lamb, ground lamb, roasts, to name a few. This is young spring lamb with excellent flavor and tenderness.
Wild caught Copper River salmon and halibut is also available.
We welcome visitors to our mini-ranch just east of I–25 between Hwy 7 and Hwy 52. Visit with the buffalo and shop at your leisure in our market. All of our meat products are USDA inspected. In addition to the buffalo, we also carry natural, free-range all naturally raised chicken and eggs produced by Wisdoms Natural Chicken, free range all natural pork produced by Bond 007 ranch. We also carry other natural products for your dining pleasure, including natural ketchup, mustards, BBQ sauces, honeys, jams, jellies, cheese, chili sauces and sodium free soup mixes.
