Our mission is to produce great tasting, high quality, wholesome meats with only the finest ingredients- grass, organic/natural feed, and clean water- the way nature intended it to be. Try our monthly mixed meat CSA program or you can purchase a quarter of a grass fed steer, an organic fed hog, or a share of lamb. Our grass fed beef, organic fed pork and pastured lamb are also sold by the quarter. Finished beef and pork are mixed with premium cuts of steaks, roasts, chops, ham, and ground meat. Our bacon is smoked without nitrates. Through our CSA you can also get bison, turkey, duck & emu. We do not use growth hormones, feed antibiotics, or other growth promoters on any of our animals. Compassion and humane treatment of our animals is top priority. WE DO NOT TRUCK OUR ANIMALS TO SLAUGHTER HOUSES OR PLACE IN SLAUGHTER HOLDING PENS.

We sell great tasting, high quality, wholesome meats raised the old fashioned, natural way. No growth hormones, feed antibiotics or animal bi products. We use organic grain for chickens, lambs and hogs along with grass for beef. Humane treatment of our animals is top priority. Our 2009 CSA "buyers guide" is now available.
