We also grow veggies upon request, so if there is something that you would like to see in your store or restaurant let us know and we will do our best to fill your order.
We also have a line of fresh dips and jams which includes salsa, pesto, hummus, sun dried tomato, creamy dill, tzatziki, gazpacho and nine varieties of fruit and harbanero jams. All of our dips are made fresh weekly on our farm and include as much of our own produce from our fields and greenhouses as possible. We never use any preservatives or any ingredients you can not pronounce! Our jams come in blackberry, blueberry, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, peach, apple, cranberry and the "hottest pepper" hot pepper (made with the jolokia pepper!). They are 'sweetness with a zing', as the sweetness of the fruit hits your tongue first, followed by the zing of the habanero.
Our produce, along with our line of hummus & salsa, is available at many local retail stores such as Integral Yoga, Foods of All Nations, Rebecca's, Reid's and Whole Foods in Charlottesville and Great Valu in Crozet. All the Whole Foods stores in Virginia now also carry our line of salsa and hummus and we will be supplying all the Whole Foods in Maryland and the District of Columbia by March of this year! Our salsa is also featured at the Fine Arts Cafe at the University of Virginia, as well as availabe to purchase at the Crossroads store at UVA.
The Farm at Red Hill salsa and tzatziki were also featured at a pre-inauguration party held by the Obama Ag and Rural Development Committee!
