Organic year-round specialty greens and seasonal vegetables. Heirloom breeds of chickens and turkeys; Tamworth pigs, Shetland sheep and lamb, Devon cattle. We also produce Honey & Maple Syrup , organic wool and blankets from our Shetlands. The farm is also home to the Wilton Pony Club. Internships based on availability. Farm tours available by appt. for groups. Farm-to-Restaurant /Supermarket sales; products available at The Dressing Room in Westport, Barcelona Restaurants, The Schoolhouse, LeFARM, & our local supermarkets, the Wilton Village Market. Ancona's Market, Stewarts Market, and others (contact for details). Building links to other organizations, Community gardens, & farms in area, we practice and demonstrate 'Best Management Practices', the model for sustainable farming within a watershed region.

Schedule and Location:
We will be adding a few more members to our Neighborhood Garden in 2010. We may also offer U-Pick berries and Chef memberships

  • Tours this coming season will be on 5/20/10 6/17/10 7/15/10 8/19/10 9/16/10 10/21/10 They will start at 10AM, and last approximately an hour or two Tours must be scheduled in advance, up to 20 people, first come first serve. There will be a fee per person, groups of (20+-) exceptions may be made on a case by case for Special groups who cannot afford the fee.
