Located at the base of Mt. Saint Michael, Susie David's Cattle Company maintains a small herd of Angus, Hereford and Limousin cattle which we breed to produce our great tasting, all natural lean beef. We use no hormones, antibiotics, steroids or additives in raising our cattle and we employ low stress handling methods in working our animals. No chemicals are used on our pastures and we suppliment feed with high quality alfalfa from local growers.
Our freezer beef is humanely slaughtered on our farm which eliminates transport and handling stress and produces a better tasting carcass. We sell shares in live animals and broker the processing for our customers. Heifer calves are occasionally available for sale.
We also maintain a small flock of free range laying hens and farm fresh eggs are available by reservation.
