We are forming a CSA group for the Spring/Summer of 2008 in and around the Knox - Grainger County areas. Our prior business experience will bring a professional yet personal approach to CSA farming. The CSA will include seasonal fruits and vegetables grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers on our small family farm in Washburn, TN (Grainger County). Our members will also be offered an optional egg-share from our free-range chickens as well as an optional 'baked-goods' share from our certified farm kitchen. With a lifetime of culinary experience, Nicole's weekly baked goods will include either fresh baked bread, cookies, savory pies, and more, using farm fresh ingredients.
