per pound. For average bulbs 2"- 2 1/2" it works out to 8 - 12 head per pound. These heads have 3-5 large easy to peel cloves. They will store in good conditions for 6-12 months. It depends how close to the ideal of 50 degrees and 50% humidity with good air flow your storage area is. If you don't have good storage and you want to eat delicious, local, organic garlic almost all year long we will store it for you. This year we were still eating last years crop into June. When ever you run out you can come pick up more from the net bags storing your garlic.
