Our grass-fed Highland beef (a heritage breed) and Icelandic lamb are excellent sources of high-quality protein for those on a low fat diet. Highland beef is low in cholesterol, a tender and flavorful meat with little or no waste. Our lamb is mild, tender, and flavorful. Our animals are raised without hormone implants or routine antibiotics. These animals are raised in a stress-free environment. They are slaughtered and butchered locally, aged to enhance flavor and tenderness, and USDA inspected. We also have naturally grown yarns, roving and pelts from our sheep for sale, along with skulls and hides from our cattle. On our ranch, we seek to increased diversity, develop quality livestock, continue a tradition of excellence, maintain both the natural and working landscapes, and provides opportunities to help others discover the power of place.
