Day Spring Farm, in Middleburg, Va, in the center of Loudoun County, offers meats from animals that are naturally grown without the unnecessary use of anitbiotics or hormones and are grass-fed and cared for in a humane way. Our family farm has been operating here since 1977. We raise some heritage breeds and some commercial breeds to please everyone's palate. We have lean Scottish Highland Beef available, Cornish Cross broilers, Heritage Turkey's, Romney and Suffolk lamb and pasture raised eggs. We raise all of our animals the way God intended them to live, without feeding them any animals or animal by-products. Our family cares for the animals daily and we process the chickens ourselves, while our other meats are processed at a local abattoir and brought back here to sell.

We offer meats by the cut or you may custom order whole, half and quarter animals. Chickens are sold whole only. Seasonal produce available as well. Our Romney's make a beautiful wool that we sell in many forms such as roving, yarn, raw wool, or even sheep skins. Christmas trees and wreaths are available Nov.-Dec. Raw Milk
