We produce fine organic pastured poultry in cooperation with Podere Di Melo - just down the road. We use the same birds, feed, and processing. Our goal is to raise good food for local consumption. We should be offering apples, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, strawberries, and asparagus in the next few years. The plan is also to raise pastured halaal lamb and goat at some point.
