Our beef are harvested when they weigh 800-900 lbs for maximum tenderness and dry aged 14 days. All-Beef Brats, German Smoked Sausage, Beef Jerky, Holiday Hams and more available too! We now offer RAW Honey, All-Natural Jellies, Jams (Sugar-Free & Regular), Pickles and Relishes.
