As President and Vice President of the Ohio Farmstead-Artisan Cheese Guild, respectively, Emma and Tom began making cheese commercially, in May of 2008. We currently sell traditional raw goat's milk Feta with a Bulgarian flavor. This cheese is aged 60 days in brine. We have sold at the Westerville, Granville, Jefferson Community Farmers' Markets. This year we added the Columbus Winter Farmers Market on alternate Saturdays until the end of April. We produce all cheese in small careful batches. Farm tours are available for $5/person.
We are closed on Sundays. Please call for availability.

Having owned goats for almost 15 years, we decided to buy a larger herd and begin producing milk for a commercial enterprise. When the market ended we decided we wanted to continue with the wonderful animal: the goat. Therefore, after much planning and building, we now produce cheese with a license from the Ohio Department of Agriculture. The ODA is the consumers' best ally for healthy, clean food. We are proud and pleased to have met all the standards for healthy, tasty, natural cheese.
