Stella Gardens is a student run CSA at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute. We have been in operation since 1996 supplying high quality vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers through our CSA membership and other retail outlets. We use organic and Biodynamic methods in our production to ensure food that contains the optimum vitality and nutrition. Our CSA is a pick up only site right here at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute. Produce is displayed "farmer-market" style on Wednesdays from 4:00-6:30 pm. Subscribers are welcome to walk the grounds, pick berries during berry season, attend events and receive Stella Gardens Newsletters and Michael Fields Agricultural Institute's E-news.
