Little Green Heron Farm is a first year CSA serving the Mankato area. It is located one mile east of Mankato on county road 3 past Menards.
Our subscription season begins in June and ends in October depending on the weather. That totals about 22 baskets. At a subscription cost of $500.00, each basket totals about $22.72. Our baskets will feed an average of four people, and will include a variety of fresh produce grown on our farm without the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides. Box contents vary from week to week, season to season and include the very best of what we can grow at any given time of the year. We will also include handcrafted soap, fresh cut flowers, granola and fresh free range eggs. T
