Parson Organics is a new produce venture at an existing farm by an experienced farmer, Daniel Parson. Coming from Gaia Gardens, a certified organic farm in Decatur, Georgia, Daniel is applying the same methods at the new farm, but has not yet applied for certification. The management focus is on crop rotation and intensive cover cropping to improve the soil and support beneficial insect populations. We sell our produce directly to our customers through a CSA program and at the Hub City Farmers' market in Spartanburg. The products are all fresh and top quality, with some heirloom and unique varieties included.
