We're a small family hobby farm raising pastured, grass-fed, salad bar beef. We're sold out for 2009, but anyone interested in beef should keep in touch for Fall 2010. We offer beef halves, with options of professional and do-it-yourself processing, for the adventurous! We also plan to offer individually wrapped cuts from a state-inspected butcher. We have over 5 acres of fenced pasture where we rotate our beef to graze on diverse grasses and wild plants. They are happy and receive fresh air all day every day, along with plenty of sunshine. We also sell eggs from our variety of laying hens -- NH Reds, Plymouth Barred Rocks, and White Rocks (still pullets). Right now they're free-ranging everywhere including our garden and landscaping, oh well.
