Terra Fructi's mission is to provide the Great Falls Region of New Hampshire and Vermont with the fresh, naturally-grown gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. Additionally, we seek to further the local foods movement by supporting and partnering with area farmers, restaurants, and grocers. Terra Fructi proudly serves the counties of Cheshire and Sullivan in New Hampshire, and Windham and Windsor in Vermont. We are a new business start-up and currently have limited outlets for marketing our products. Please check our website for CSAs, markets, co-ops, and restaurants that sign on with us as we grow. We are passionate about sustainable agriculture and supporting local farmers and food systems, and hope you feel the same. We anticipate having Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane and Reishi mushrooms available for sale beginning in December 2009. As our business grows, we plan to provide additional mushroom varieties, including, but not limited to, Shiitake, Maitake, Portobello, Neo Lentinus, and Porcini.
