Goldfinch Farm operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program serving York and Lancaster counties. The CSA provides a variety of fresh, delicious, chemical-free vegetables to its members. Members become, in a way, "shareholders": sharing some of the risks, costs, and even labor involved in small-scale farming. Members purchase a "share" at the beginning of the season. Then, once a week from early June through early November, members come to one of three pick-up sites (Goldfinch Farm near Wrightsville in York Co., or to one of our Lancaster pick-up sites: the Friends Meetinghouse off of Columbia Ave. or East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church) to receive their share of whatever vegetables are available that week.
