Avalanche Organics is a premier organic/biodynamic specialty vegetable, fruit and herb farm located in the beautiful driftless region of S.W. Wisconsin, along the fertile banks of the Kickapoo River. With 15 acres in field production we serve four main markets; CSA, the Dane County Farmer's Market, natural food stores and upscale restaurants in Madison,Chicago,Milwaukee and Minneapolis. We grow over 175 varieties of vegetables,fruits and herbs. Our signature crops include greens from spinach to tender salad mix, a variety of potatoes and a rainbow of heirloom tomatoes. Avalanche hires up to three interns every season from
May 1st-Nov. 1st.
