We direct market Grassfed Beef, Pastured Poultry, Free Range Eggs, Raw Honey, Farm Fresh Whole Wheat Flour, Farm Fresh Butter from Raw Grassfed Cows Milk, Fresh Farm made Noodles and occasionally Organically raised Vegetables off
our farm. On our meats we use no growth harmones, no
antibiotics, and no pesticides. Our cattle are rotationally grazed on pastures which have been fertilized organically. They are never in a feedlot.
Our Pastured Poultry are rotated to fresh grass daily. The chickens are perodically rotated on different vegetable growing areas for natural soil improvement.
We deliver to Corpus Christi, Rockport, Alice areas and also market at Farmers Markets in the Boerne, Bulverde, and San Antonio areas.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
1. Leon Springs, Tx. on Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM in the parking lot of the dancehall.
2. Bulverde Farmers Market north of San Antonio on Hwy 281N. from 3Pm to 6PM on Saturdays.
3. Grey Forest on the 3rd Friday of the month from 3 to 6 PM.
4. Rockport/Fulton Farmers Market at Fulton beach park from 8 to 12 noon the 1st Saturday of the month.
