You will not find any genetically modified, bioengineered, or otherwise Frankensteinized food at our farm. As far as I'm concerned, "GMO" stands for making a General Mess Of things.
In an act of solidarity with small farmer cooperatives in the two-thirds world, we sell Fair Trade coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolate (much of it is organic). This gives small farmers a fair deal, enabling them to become more self-sufficient.
While many of our varieties are hybrids, we grow more than a dozen kinds of heirloom tomatoes. We are committed to treating the earth and its Creator with respect. It is a privilege and a sacred trust to care for the land and the people it sustains.
Our roadside stand is closed from November through May. However, the Central Market stand continues to do buisness throughout the winter. Sorry, we DO NOT ship our products. This is a small local business, where the customers come to us.
