We also attempt to adhere to the practices advocated by the Weston A. Price Foundation (http://www.westonaprice.org).

Broilers/fryers are available fresh from May to Oct., or frozen all year round, for $4.00/lb. To sample our chicken or ground beef in a restaurant, try The Little Grill Collective (http://www.littlegrillcollective.com) in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Beef pork and lamb (in limited quantity) are all available year round from our freezer. Indiviual cuts are USDA certified. Larger quanties are available also.

At Thanksgiving and Christmas we often have available fresh, range-fed broad breasted white, Bronze and even a limited number of heritage breed Bourbon Red Turkey. In addition, we sometimes have available a limited quantity of pasture raised duck & geese.
