Hickoryworks, " as seen on "FOOD Finds" is the World's Original and ONLY producer of HICKORY Syrup, Poplar Syrup, as well as Brown County "BS" Barbeque Sauce -- best in the known Universe. We received NATIONAL EXPOSURE with a full page color article in " GOURMET MAGAZINE " in 2001. As a result of that exposure, our little company, Hickoryworks Inc., shipped out over 3,600 bottles and jugs of our SYRUP. Additionally, our restaurant customer base jumped 10 fold. We now have chefs all over the country using our hickory syrup not only on pancakes, but as a marinade for salmon, pork and beef. We sent a bottle to Julia Child some years ago for her 85th birthday, and she sent us a card telling us that she liked the syrup with bourbon as a marinade for RIBS.
