Our farm is located 50 miles from both LaCrosse and Eau Claire, six miles east of Blair, six miles west from Hixton and the I-94 exit.

Offering "range-fed/pastured" 'almost-organic' poultry: meaty Cornish-cross Rock fryers which dress out at around 5 to 6 pounds. These birds spend two weeks in a brooder, then the remaining six weeks out in the field. We process the birds right here on the farm! You bring your cooler(s), ice and plastic bags in the afternoon on our processing days.

Also offering range-fed chicken eggs. Limited garden produce available in season (tomatoes, peppers, sweet corn, etc.), selling right on the farm. Tours available, just show up! You could even come help weed or hoe the garden and feed the chickens. (more...)

Farmers' Market

Beautiful liquid gold: that's our 2007 honey! Expect prices to go up as supplies become more limited around the U.S. We haven't experienced any of the Colony Collapse that other beekeepers have, but are very thankful for our sweet and hard-working bees!
