The lambs are raised naturally on grass and mother's milk - no artificial hormones, steroids or unnecessary antibiotics. That's why they taste so good! Spring is lambing season. It's fun on the farm. This year we had several ewes (mother sheep) that birthed triplets! And it's a privilege to be able to provide fresh, healthy lamb. Meat from grass-fed animals produces surprisingly good-health results. Call 563.264.2209 or go to www.grassfedrecipes.com for recipes and research results.
