Black Mesa Ranch is a small, family owned and operated ranch in the beautiful White Mountain region of northern Arizona and is the only dairy in the state specializing in farmstead, artisan goat cheeses! The ranch is "off-grid" and we generate all of our own electricity for our home and the dairy, primarily from solar and wind sources as we pursue a sustainably-oriented lifestyle and business model. In addition to our cheese making, one of the owners is an experienced pastry chef. Our sparkling commercial candy kitchen is David's pride and joy as he works making our wonderful Goat's Milk Fudge, Truffles, Butter Almond Toffees etc.
