We are an organic farming community working together with caring, attention, intention and love. We distill high quality organic essential oils, produce floral waters(hydrosols) , and dry lavender bunches. Our newest project is building an organic goat dairy with artisan cheeses, yogurt and maybe even ice cream looking to be up and running by mid summer 2007.
