Grass fed, grass-finished beef; roasting chicken raised 100% organically and FULLY FREE RANGE on pasture (no pens), certified organic eggs from fully free-range hens. New in 2008 we'll have some pasture lamb in the fall. We occasionally have free-range, older veal. Farm has been certified organic for over 20 years, and we've been raising grass-fed beef for over 10 years. Beef and lamb Products are USDA inspected; chicken is Minnesota inspected. No farm store, but we're at the Minneapolis Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings from April through December, and have a winter schedule as well.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
April through December, every Saturday morning at the Minneapolis Farmers' market on Lyndale. January through March we have a winter market schedule, usually twice each month. Call our market cell phone at 952-905-0383 to confirm market days.
