Located 25 miles northwest of Hartford, Holcomb Farm CSA provides fresh vegetables, berries, flowers, and herbs to households throughout the Hartford area. Members come to the farm weekly through the 20-22 week harvest season to pick-up their produce share. We also offer pick-you-own flowers, herbs, berries, and some vegetables.
Holcomb Farm CSA is a project of the Hartford Food System, a private, non-profit organization founded in 1979 to address food and hunger issues in Connecticut.
New for the 2004 season: Our produce will be available at the Laural Street Farmers Market in Hartford on the site of Grow Hartford, another Hartford Food System program that offers educational and vocational opportunities for youth at our urban garden site.
