Bob has had an eye for sustainable agriculture for many years. He has reclycled munical leaves from Monroe Township for the past 24 years free of charage, and also currently accepts leaves from Cherry Hill, Glassboro and Clayton, resulting in a tax savings for all their residents.
This will be our eighth year operating our organic CSA, which is a 16-week program. We offer three basket sizes to choose from: large, Medium and mini. Beginning in late June, members of the program come to the farm once a week and fill their baskets from a selection of various certified organic vegetables and herbs. Melons are an included addition when in season. We will also have a limited amount of raspberries and blackberries for the first time this year.
You may now print out our 2009 brochure by visiting our new website, muthfamilyfarm.com. All you need to know will be outlined in the brochure. We are accepting registrations now until April 30, or until we fill up, whichever comes first. After February 1st, please call to check on availability before sending in a registration.
