If you have never tasted one, we believe you will find them to be the best turkeys you have ever eaten. Use two birds for a larger gathering. The size is easier to work with, quicker to cook and there will be more legs and thighs to go around. Plan on 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of uncooked turkey per adult to have the bounty the season requires.

We are now also offering smoked turkey. These are whole birds which make an impressive buffet item for a holiday gathering or can be a special treat just for your family.
