Now is the time to order your Christmas Hams and Standing Rib Beef Roasts! The hams are fresh smoked without MSG, Nitrates, or Nitrites and they come from our Pasture Raised Hogs that receive a diet of natural feed, raw dairy milk, grass, and acorns . They are raised without chemical wormers, antibiotics, or commercial minerals. Grass fed cattle are raised to a finish weight of around 1200 lbs. to ensure marbeling and full flavor beef.
