A. E. Timmerman Farms began when our family became active in 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA). We make up the third generation here in Nunica, Michigan. I work two large plots of land containing summer and fall crops, those of which are available are listed below.

We currently have many breeds of chickens available; including New Hampshire, Barred Rock, White Rock, Phoenix, Dorking, Sussex, Brahma, Sebrite, Cochin, Leghorn, and several others. Pullets (young hens) are $10, and Cockerels are $5-7. Call for availability, after the Berlin Fair many more will be ready to go.

Farmers' Market
Schedule and Location:
The Sweetwater Farmer's Market takes place on Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This new market features healthy, humanely produced Biodynamic meats and produce, location to be announced. Market opens at 9:00 am and runs until 2:00 pm, but get there early as many vendors sell out before the end! Coopersville Farmer's Market- Wednesdays from 8-1 pm. Located in historic downtown Coopersville, in the DPW Pavillion behind the shops. Lots of parking!

Our first day at the Sweetwater Local Foods Market will be on Saturday, June 17th, then each Saturday after that. Products we are offering are; All-Natural Chicken, Grass-fed Duck, Pastured Eggs, Frest Mint, Lettuce, Salad Greens, Green Onions, Raddishes, Swiss Chard, Snow Peas, and More!
Come and visit us starting at 9:00 am until we sell out or the market closes at 1:00 pm.
