Our farm is located on the windswept Buffalo Ridge in northeast South Dakota, nestled amidst prairie and wetlands. We produce gourmet quality garlic for garden or table. Visit our store to see the varieties currently available. Our garlic is planted in the fall and covered with a thick layer of mulch. Springtime brings an intense period of hand-weeding before the July harvest. This process is part of our commitment to sustainable growing methods without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We rotate our fields to provide the best soil conditions and disease control. Only natural sources of fertility such as compost and manure from our chicken flock are applied. We strive to produce the highest-quality garlic for your planting or eating pleasure! We are committed to sustainable, organic growing methods that preserve the ecological health of our farm as we strive to be good stewards of the land.
