We have a dozen cows, sheep, cuyes, free range ducks ( so free range in fact that they are slowly taking over),and generations of chickens.Snails too. As cash crops and to feed our own animals we grow maize and Cameroon grass. We also grow bananas, sweet potatoes, the best yuccas on Earth, guavas, Surinam cherries, blackberries and grapes.
The milk we sell raw, immediately after milking, or made into queso fresco or an acid curd cream cheese.The blackberries, guavas and Surinam cherries we make into jellies or sell fresh. The grapes all get turned into pisco.
