Eaters' Guild is a diverse vegetable and fruit farm operated on land that has been certified organic for over thirty years. We are certified by Midwest Organic Services Association continuing the tradition of stewardship. We grow vegetables, flowers and small fruits for our CSA members, restaurants, farmers markets and retail stores. Our aim is to discover what we can eat year-round from these soils and climate. We use permaculture methods and aim for a multi-storied food system. We host two interns per season hoping to pass along some of what we know of the trade.
