We are a small cottage industry of 30 years and make handmade Poplar ,Willow, and Hickory Bark Baskets along with Cornshuck Flowers, Dolls, Angels, Birds, Mobiles, and Nativity sets. Brochure sent on request. We raise organic gardens every year in raised beds and in-ground organic row crops. We have outdoor log grown Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms (dried and fresh depending on yeild and weather) as well as inoculated logs for sale $10 - $30. We also dry all veggies that are not put in the freezer (Roma tomatoes, apples, etc.)
We also raise 15 Ac. of organic hay (using composted horse manure and wood shavings). Another project just started in the spring of 2004 is the plantings of 4 varieties of basket Willows and 6 varieties of furniture Willows (around 1500 so far).
