The Ferndale Farm exists as a partnership between Trevor Johnson with New Dawn Gardenscapes LLC and Ferndale Recreation. My goal with this project is to help develop the existing grassroots food culture in Ferndale and spread the word about the benefits of local economy. The Ferndale Farm is a small area measuring only 50 feet by 100 feet. With the use of sustainable agriculture techniques that manage the soil as a living organism we can get yields that work for people and the planet while building soil and sequester carbon.
