Our farm believes the Pastured Poultry method of keeping poultry creates the most flavorful and nutritious products available. We currently raise Chicken and Turkey for meat and keep a small flock of Heritage Hens, Ducks Turkeys and Guinea Fowl for eggs. We have just completed our first audit with AWA (Animal Welfare Approved) and are waiting for notification of final approval. We raise Heritage Turkey for the holidays. Also we have created a line of Turkey sausage made for breast and thigh meat flavored with organic seasonings. Our poultry all receive organic feed and we will be applying for organic certification in 2013.
We currently have holiday Turkey available. This season we have raised Broad Breasted Bronze Turkey Hens and Bourbon Red Turkeys.
