Feverfew - Tanacetum parthenium
Perennial, traditional medicinal herb
Plant has a bushy growth habit - about 18" high and approximately 24" in diameter - with citrus scented leaves and small daisy like flowers
Feverfew can spread rapidly, plant in an area where you don't mind it spreading or you are willing to pull up a few plants now and then to control it.
Hardy to USDA Zone 5
Plant has traditionally been used as a fever reducer (hence the name feverfew), headaches, arthritis, and digestive ailments. Feverfew, in tea form, is also used to help alleviate Migraine Headaches. Seed can be started indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date, or direct sown after all danger of frost has passed
Select an area for your Feverfew that gets at least 6 hours of continuous sunlight per day, with well drained, richly amended soil.
Feverfew requires very little care once it has become established.
One packet contains a minimum of 100 fresh, naturally produced seed, from the 2014 growing season.

My seeds are harvested and cleaned by hand, and are fresh for the season specified. I never sell old seed. As a result of hand cleaning, there may be some small amount of \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"natural\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" material (chafe) included with your seeds, especially the tiny ones. Just plant it with your seeds!
