These naturally field grown daylilies are an old -fashioned american favorite. These daylilies are field grown here at Double R Farm without the use of synthetic pesticides, or fertilizers. These lilies erupt in a blaze of orange in mid summer,and will continue to bloom all summer long. They will provide a brilliant show of multiple blooms.
They are a larger spreading lily, and have a stalk of 3-4 feet. The flower can reach 3-4 inches in diameter. They are self-multiplying, and are a fast spreader.Lilies are an easy care perrenial requiring the initial planting only. There is no need to pull it up in the fall,and after a period of winter slumber will return more vibrant with each year.These lilies are rugged, and can be grown anywhere!
When an order is recieved the tubers will be hand dug and shipped. The tubers are dug from mid-march through mid-November. Each order comes with two tubers with 3-4 years growth, and planting instructions.
All orders are made here on the farm and are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.
