I am a specialty cut flower and produce grower in Benton County, Mississippi which is located in the north central part of the state. I strive to use organic methods for pesticide control with my food crops. I am currently building my soils with cover crops so that fertilizer use will be minimized and eventually abandoned. I also grow in two large high tunnels to extend the growing season. I am still developing my business but I have been providing the freshest produce to individuals, local restaurants and florist in the Mid-South and Oxford. I grow heritage tomatoes, herbs, and most all summer fare with emphasis on the unusual and rarely grown. I grow specialty greens and cold crops through the winter months.
