Flying Pigs Farm offers pork from rare heritage breeds of pigs raised outdoors on our pasture and in our woods. Our Tamworths, Large Blacks, and Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs are not given sub-therapeutic antibiotics and their all vegetarian feed does not contain any animal by-products. If heritage breed, pasture-raised pork is not available from your local farmer, we hope you will try our pork through mail order.
Better than hot dogs: Mild Weisswurst for your grill made from our pork and New England Natural (www.nelastore.com) beef chuck roast, with some spices and parsley. A third generation German butcher makes them for us. No preservatives or nitrates. $8 per approximately 1 lb. package. Kids love them.

Pork can be purchased at our home by appointment. Please call (518) 854-3844 to arrange a time to pick it up. Because our pork is held in cold storage in a different location, we need to know in advance exactly which cuts you would like so that we can take them from cold storage and have them waiting for you at our home.
