Flying Squirrel Farms Beefalo

Flying Squirrel Farm is a small "Mom and Pop" type operation. We originally grew blackberries for the local farmers markets but we have since made the switch to raising Beefalo. Beefalo are a hybrid cross between any breed of bovine and bison. The meat is recommended by the American Heart Association as a healthy alternative to beef and exhibits all the health benefits of Bison. We sell beefalo off farm in the state of Texas only at this point but may pursue the ability to sell out of state if there is enough interest generated.
