We are a traditional Butcher Shop featuring locally raised pastured Beef, Veal, Lamb, , Poultry, Pork & sausage, primarily heritage breeds. Much of our meat is USDA Certified Organic; additionally the meat and poultry is Certified Humanely Raised and Handled. We carry local and organic produce, wine & groceries, everything you need to make a complete meal. Check-out our recipes cards, great cookbooks and American made cast iron cookware too. We are always happy to design beautiful gift basket for you. We pack all our prepared food from our deli case in compostable take-out containers. Visit our shop and enjoy an ice cream treat at our old-fashioned soda fountain. We are located in the old bank building at the traffic light in the center of Middleburg. See you soon!
