Prairieland Market is a retail community owned cooperative that offers products that are a viable alternative to the processed foods manufactured by giant corporations. In contrast, much of the foods offered through the Prairieland Market is produced by local producers and smaller companies that give priority to wholesomeness, quality, and care of the environment.

The Prairieland Market features several local and certified organic producers. Also offered are natural grass finished beef, hormone free bison, chickens and pork. The Market carries some certified organic produce and also produce grown using organic practices. Several other local products include raw honey, fresh bread using organic ingredients, organic bread and pancake mixes and specialty breads.
